Why We Give
At Vertical, giving isn't a transaction — it's an act of worship. Every dollar given here is a declaration that something bigger than us is worth investing in. We believe generosity is one of the most tangible ways we can align our lives with what we say we believe. As Scripture puts it, "Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver" (2 Corinthians 9:7).
Since Pastor Marcus Reyes planted Vertical in 2015, this church has been built on a simple, relentless mission: helping people take their next step with Jesus — no matter where they're starting. That mission costs something. It takes resources to create environments where people who have never set foot in a church walk in on a Sunday and leave saying, "I can't believe that was a church service." Give on Sunday
Offering boxes are available during every worship service at all three Sunday gatherings — 9 AM, 11 AM, and 5 PM. Giving envelopes are available at the Welcome Center, and our ushers are always happy to help. There's something powerful about giving in community, in the room, together.
Give by Mail
You can mail a check made payable to Vertical Church to our address: 2800 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85004. We'll send you a receipt for your records — all donations are acknowledged for tax purposes. It's a simple way to give if online or in-person isn't your thing.
